Should i get a netgear nighawk switch for only one device or for a lot devices i want to couple with the ps4 and the netduma.

Welcome to our community!

If you wanted to add more ports on your network then you may purchase a switch but if it seems that you do still have available ports on the router, I suggest you to just use those ports.
