An email arrived and immediately afterwards I lost the internet connection. I have managed to restore it. I have armour - anyone any ideas how I can prevent this from happening again or what might have caused it?
I had a guy in here a year or two ago from Openreach. He managed to access my internet without using my password and me allowing him on without changing the access control. If someone had this backdoor could they have reset the router?
