AC1900 as wifi extender

I have the Orbi mesh wifi system and fibre internet.  My desktop internet is operating off the wifi card because it isn't practical to run a hard line.  The computer is only getting 17 Mbps, while my cell phone in the same spot is getting somewhere around 350 Mbps.  I have an old AC1900 Netgear Nighthawk router and was thinking maybe it could be used as a wifi receiver for the desktop.  Is that possible and how do I find how to do it?

"AC1900" is a speed, not a model number.  Look for "Model" on the
product label.

   Maybe.

Here's a radical concept which works for some people:

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RTFM

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number,
and look for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for a
topic like "Set Up the Router in Bridge Mode".  Not all models offer
this feature.

Model is R7000.

This is a site for asking for help with questions about Netgear products.  That's why I asked on here; I figured that someone has probably done it before and had a quick answer for it.

Your response of Read The F*&^ing Manual was completely inappropriate

   Ok.

Did you not understand the answer?

Did you consult the User Manual, as suggested?  Did you not find the
relevant section, with the requested information?

What I find "completely inappropriate" is expecting volunteers to
waste their time transcribing information which is readily available in
the product documentation, instead of simply reading that documentation.
And then complaining about suggestions to do so.

This brilliant concept makes up exactly the reason why large vendors are hiding and protecting their support organizations - making the usage for those really in need for support unhandy and slow.
