AC1900 wont accept security questions

I'm trying to reset my router passwords and it wont accept my security passwords

Problem with the security question is that they still get asked even if you didn't set them up (not saying you didnt). 

So if you don't know the answer or didn't set them up, then your only option would be to factory reset the router to get back to defaults.
