AC2100 firmware failure

My AC2100 firmware update failed.  Now the power light is solid orange.  When I depress and hold the reset button, the power light blinks white.  Tried to obtain guidance thru netgear manual and live chat but netgear wants me to buy a service contract. Does anyone know the procedure to download the latest firmware and install it in the router?   Thank you.

The blinking LED tells us that you have corrupt firmware on your R7200.

There is more severe, recovery reset, that you could try:

• Press reset for 30 seconds
• Keep pressing reset while removing power
• Keep pressing reset for another 30 seconds while apply power

If that fails, you are into TFTP country.
