J’ai acheté ce produit neuf et le Réseau Netgear_ext n’apparaît pas dans la liste.
J’ai essayé plusieurs manipulations mais rien n’y fait.
Que dois je faire? Merci pour votre aide

Re: AC2200 nighthawk
did you try setting it up using the wps install option?
What extender is it? AC2200 is a speed not a a model.
I'd imagine its one of the mesh extenders sinces its an AC2200 and the higher performing extenders are mesh.
If that's the case and you set it up using wps, it uses the same ssid as your router. You can disable the "onewifi" function if you'd like.
Also, you posted in the router section and not the extenders forum.

Re: AC2200 nighthawk
Thanks a lot for your reply. Sorry I could not find the way to answer back to you 😞
I got a new mesh extender : nighthawk X6
And I will try to set it up today 🤞
Should I disable the one wifi first?
Should I use WPS preferably?
Thanks a lot for your help

I got a new mesh extender : nighthawk X6----Not a model number. Look at the label and it'll have the model number.
And I will try to set it up today 🤞
Should I disable the one wifi first?----do you want it to function as a mesh extender? If so, then use the onewifi. If you prefer it have a seperate ssid, then disable it.
Should I use WPS preferably?----You can try WPS and see if it works. Some ISP supplied routers are poorly coded and it has issues. So if it doesn't work, use the installation assistant and not wps.
Thanks a lot for your help
