AC3000 Model R7900 Factory Reset

I have tried to factory reset the AC3000 Router several times and I still cannot access the router by using the default password. Is there anything that I need to do to access the router using the factory default password?

When you're pushing and holding reset, are you holding for up to 30 seconds while its powered on?

also, its case sensitive. All lower case. 

login: admin

password: password

Thank. Yes I did hold reset button pushed in for 30 seconds with no success.

have you tried a different device?

Also, make sure any password managers are disabled.
