Adding blacklist entries en masse

Hello all,

I'm familiar with adding keywords in the Block Sites section on the admin console.  Since I have kids, I'd like to add as many as I can and have found a french university site (http://dsi.ut-capitole.fr/blacklists/index_en.php) that maintains free blacklists of various nefarious and inappropriate sites it curates (there are paid providers as well but wanted to start with the free one).

It ultimately comes in the form in text files that contain lists of URLs and domains divided into categories that can be used for this purpose. However, I'm finding that it will be impossible to add them since the router's console to add a keyword and/or domain is just one field. There doesn't appear to be a way to add en masse the full list at once. Does anyone know if I am missing any capability that would allow me to do this or am I just stuck with one-at-a-time entry. With 3-4 million sites, this will clearly be impossible.

Thoughts or other ideas on how best to do this?
