Admin login times out
Cannot access router admin page from my wireless laptop. Tried the app and even Genie app with no luck. I don't recall what has changed that would not allow me access it. URL - https://www.routerl...

I'm (still) curious as to exactly which URL(s) you're using.

That one could fail because the router's management web site can use
only "http://", not "https://". But you claimed:

So what you're doing differently is not entirely clear. As usual,
details can matter.

If you specified neither scheme, "http://" or "https://", explicitly,
then your (unspecified) web browser might first have tried "https://",
but reverted to "http://" if the "s" one failed.

I stick with a web browser, and avoid Netgear apps, so I have no
information on that failure.
I did use the http:// URL and its working with the Edge browser. Chrome is the problem. I will check the settings there.
