Android not picking up 2.4ghz
I am trying to connect some smart switches (Kasa, MYQ) and my android device will not display the 2.4ghz channel on my Nighthawk pro xr1000. As such, I cannot connect the devices.Actually I am attempting to reconnect them because they all went offline last night. No power failure. No known cause.
I turned off the 5.0ghz signal with no success. The 2.4ghz will display on my laptop and other devices.
Any solutions??
Thanks,
Nichole

Re: Android not picking up 2.4ghz
You can try disabling AX on the router. If its an older android phone, it might have issues picking up AX.
I haven't seen it as much recently but when AX was first released, we seen it a lot
