It's an unwinnable battle to block ads on the router using hand-entered keywords. To give you an idea of the enormity of the problem, consider the biggest filter list used by uBlock Origin (https://easylist.github.io/easylist/easylist.txt). This list contains over 65,000 lines.
How are you expecting ads to be seen other than through a browser?
If the site(s) use HTTPS your're hosed, Netgear cannot block encrypted sites.
Yeah I know, but I am trying to block ads on all networked computers, just don't want to install ads remover on all PCs, although this type of software doesn't completely removes all ads & crap you don't want.
Parental Control I don't think it removes all ads and other garbage.

Not only will you be unable to block https ads but also ads that don't have 'ads' in the URL. Are you going to block 'promo', offer', etc. And what about ads that aren't even transported over http?
Don't bother with keyword blocking. Use something like uBlock Origin.

uBlock ok but it needs to be install on the browser but I don't want to this with other computers wanted to use the router to block all sort of rubbish (ads, offer, etc) going to my network, so family don't see it.
