Blocked phishing attempt but nothing listed

Hello,
I have 2 real issues.
1) I got a notification from the Nighthawk app (v2.11.0.1661 android Samsung Note 9) that there were phishing attempts blocked but when I go to look there is nothing listed.
2) i have 20 devices on my network that I can see when I log into the nighthawk website but only 5 show up on the app.

Any ideas besides that the app is subpar?
