Blocking web sites

I tried entering "****hub.com" and with and without the https prefix and neither of those succeed in blocking the site. What is the correct way to block the site? Netgear advertises this functionality, but I can't make it work. I am on the latest FW

In the interest of, ahem, research I can confirm that por****.com uses https. Keyword blocking is ineffective against https URLs due to encryption.
