C7000v2 Firmware

Hi there, I know that the firmware for this model is pushed by the ISP. However, my ISP is insisting that "[They] do not have access to the wireless portion of the modem. [I] would need to reach out the manufacturer for further assistance." Is there a wireless portion firmware that is separate?

    no. 

    The C7000 doesn't have different firmware for the router portion of the device. 

    the only current device that suports that feature is the CAX80. 

     

    what issue are you actually having that maybe we can help you with?
