C7100V extremely slow - no issues from provider

C7100V extremely slow - no issues from provider

Wifi is very slow with a speedtest of 5mbps for a Xfinity package of 75mbps. Xfinity came over and didn't see any issues on their end. What can i do to increase performance

What speeds do you get hardwired into the router?

How are you testing speeds?

do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?

When hardwired to the router, I get 80.9 download, 5.74 upload. I use the m-lab speedtest

for the cable connections page, log in through the browser and click on the internet icon on the home page.
