Can not connect to other machines on network with R9000

I have just installed the R9000 last night.
I am not having issues connecting to other PC / network shares.
All the machines can get out to the internet. I can connect to them via remote desktop.
However I can not ping any of the machines, and I can not connect to any of the network shares between the machines.
Have I overlooked some setting in the Router?

When changing routers, Windows will often think that it has connected to a new network and will proactively treat it as a public network. On Windows 10, you will have to change the setting to make the PC discoverable.
