What router do you have?
What firmware is on it?
What printer are you installing?
Where does it fail in the process? and what errors are you getting

You didn't really give us anymore details. tough to help without those.
If its a new printer, contact the manufacturer.
If its a new router, contact support.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
