Cannot connect to wifi with any device

My router model is R6350-AC1750 Smart WiFi Router, and no devices can connect to the WiFi. There's a WiFi up in the list of WiFi that's available for connection, but when I try to connect to it, it says incorrect password or just stops connecting. This has been happening to all devices that are connected to the router. I checked with my ISP to see that it's not the problem with the service provider, and I also tried to factory reset the router to connect to the WiFi but the reset doesn't work. The only abnormal thing that I can see is that the LED lights for wifi and internet is blinking rapidly 5 times. They blink by themselves, or blink together. I can't even begin to configure the router since I cannot connect to it. Please help me fix this problem.

What wifi device is a this? Have you told it to "forget" the SSID and set it up from scratch?

What is the exact message that you see?

What do you mean "the reset doesn't work"? What tells you that?

What firmware version do you have on the device?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?

The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

Visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.

Look for the model number on the label on the device.

Check the section in the manual Troubleshoot With the LEDs and Specify Basic WiFi Settings.

Wifi on an app is probably the worst way to configure a router. It is best done with a wired connection using a browser.
