Cannot portforward on Nighthawk R8000!

Hello, as of recently I've been trying to start a minecraft server with my friends and I have little to no experience with port forwarding. I've been searching for solutions for hours with no succession.

I'm trying to open port 25565 (standard port for minecraft) but I have no luck, I've set a static ip address which should be correctly done. 

Please help!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
