Case #26640371 was closed but it was concerned with incompatibility with Apple OSX 10.11

When I purchased the router it was not compitable with Apple OSX 10.11.  Have any upgrades been made available so it is now compatible with OSX 10.11.6.  If so where can upgrade be obtained?

We have officially released the compatible software to work with Mac OSX and above.

It appears 1) that Network does not provide answers to questions about their products, and 2) it appears this router has not been upgraded to compatibility with OSX 10.11. I have a $200.00 router that does not work with my system and I cannot get any information or help.  I mistakenly thought Netgear was a reputable company.  Thanks, Netgear, what do I do with this useless router?

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

As of this time, we still do not have any update regarding the compatibility of the NETGEAR USB Control Center Utility to work with El Capitan.

However, you may just want to use Bonjour service for your printing needs.
