Connected but no internet R7000P

Tried rebooting, off button and hard reset, used net gear genie (no luck)
Any help gratefully received!

Took the router back to Spark, turns out many of the ports stopped working. Had for 8months.
Have a brand new one.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
