I am installing a second AC1750 WiFi Router.
That tells us nothing about your device. AC1750 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Some devices support Anywhere Access (previously known as Remote Access) and Remote Management.
I have no idea if your unknown kit is one of the AC1750 devices supports that.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Check the section in the manual Remote Management.
The there is this:
Enabling your router's remote management | Answer | NETGEAR Support
How do I enable remote access on my router using the Nighthawk app? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
What functions can I manage using remote access in the genie mobile app? | Answer | NETGEAR Support

Re: Control 2 Routers from one phone app
Thanks. One of my Routers is a Nighthawk R6700v3, and the other is an R6350. I have since figured out that one app can not manage multiple routers, even if each router individually is accessible through the Nighthawk app. Since I couldn't download a second app on my phone, or download an app to a pc, I had to use another phone.
Now, if I could just figure out how to close this discussion....

I don't know how you concluded that. I use the Nighthawk Android app to work with two routers on different networks.
I use Anywhere Access to manage an R7800 and R7000P.
