Re: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Netgears aware of the issue. Not sure whats being worked on.
Some fixed it by simply enabling ipv6 and rebooting the router.
Have you tried this?
Others just downgrade a version of firmware.

Re: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
Yes i tried uploading 2 old versions but the router dont go back to these versions.
When you refer enable IPv6, this is the work around?
** internet Connection Type from "Disabled" to "6to4Tunnel", the rest I just left as automatic, applied and also rebooted the PC **
thanks

Re: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
v.62 or v.68 are working older versions of FW that can be used.

Re: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
did the IPv6 work? I usually just use auto-detect and it works fine.
I do change my ipv6 DNS server as I use pi-hole but it should just auto-detect your isp's dns server.

Re: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Hi
I tried with "Disabled" to "6to4Tunnel", work fine around 30min then appear again the message DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN, before this IPv6 enable the error occurs inmediately.
Now i tried with the IPv6 Automatic Option, i choose this option, after apply changes appear in 6to4 Tunel, is like the router not refresh this change or choose 6to4 like automatic?.
regards

Re: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Its auto detecting that your setup is the 6-4 tunnel.
You might need to downgrade the firmware a version.

Re: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
These versions work best:
Firmware Version 1.0.4.68
Firmware Version 1.0.4.62
I still saw DNS Problems on v.76 with mine.

Re: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
Yes, I had similar DNS problems.
My solve/resolve tied back into ENABLING IPv6 under the advance settings. See my thread below
With latest version of the firmware V1.4.3.88_1.3.50 and factory reset.
Hope this helps you!
