DVR's keep losing connection
My TiVo DVR's have the capability to watch what's recorded on the other. Periodically (at least once a day) when I am watching a show recorded on the other DVR I get an error "Connection Too Slow" and I lose it. I have to reload the show. Can I change which band the DVR's are on from 2.4ghz to 5ghz within the R800 router settings (assuming that is the problem)?

Re: DVR's keep losing connection
What tivo dvr is it?
If its only a single band device, you wouldn't be able to.
If they're dual band, then you can disable smart connect on the R8000 and manually assign devices to which band you want them on
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
