Download Speed reduced in r7000

I am using the latest firmware (V1.0.11.116_10.2.100). 

I updated today to fiber, 500 down / 500 up.

When I run the speedtest on my ISP's website with my PC directly connected to the ONT I get that speed.

When I run the same speedtest with my PC wired through the router, I get 250 down / 500 up. 

QoS off, Access Control off, Router in Router Mode, DHCP on.

If I run the speed test through the Router's GUI, I get 229.66 down / 174.43 up.

Please help.

I don't see how to delete this. I solved it myself by doing a factory reset, reloading the latest firmware, doing a factory reset again.
