EX7000 need to change security settings due to iPhone "weak security" message since iOS 14 update
EX7000 Wi-fi Extender
Looking for advice please - not a regular or tecchie user. My partner has updated his iPhone to IOS 14 and ever since has had "weak security" warnings on iPhone / iPad and cannot access a range of websites as a result. Have updated our main ISP router to the recommended settings: WPA2-PSK / AES but do not have the login details to access the extender to do the same. Please could someone advise; is a factory reset the best option and if so, what is the default username and password? Also, we have a HIVE hub hard-wired into the extender and would presumably need to set up the HIVE again.
Many thanks

You shouldn't need to reset to log into the extender to change those. If you've already changed your router though, you might need to reset and reinstall the extender just because it isn't connected anymore (if security changed).
apple recently change the security on their devices to give those warnings. It shouldn't stop you from using them but its not something netgear controls.
