Ethernet not working. tested all cables. disconnect switch...went from MAC device directly to ethernet port on modem no conectivity.
Connected ethernet cable from modem to Nighthawk full WIFI connectivity.
Also, net genie recognises some password to get in but will not recognise the same password for network support.
I have an 8=port switch
Any ideas?
