Which firmware is more reliable for my x6 3000 wifi router. The old version or the newest version. When I’m on the new version my speed drops tremendously. I’ve already reset router and spectrum modem.

Definitely stay with the older one because there are issues with the latest update. I have that router and when I updated the readyshare functionality stopped working.

Re: Firmware update is reliable
If the newer one causes issues, then I'd stick with the older one.
When you upgraded, did you do a factory reset and a clean install? (not from backup)
