Hardware issue (reset not working)
The R8000 - Router WiFi Gigabit Tri-Band AC3200 Nighthawk X6 stopped prividing wi-fi.
Even if enabled on the dashboard, the wi-fi network is not present.
Tried to hard reset it.
The router just show AC light and does not reset.
No login is more possible

Try a different power adapter.
If that fails, router may need replacing.

Seems an hardware issue, but it appears that Netgear does not provide hardware support for this model anymore, even if it's still under hardware warranty. Can you confirm?

You'll need to contact NG support and see what is available to you. If it's under warranty, there should be some support there.

Unfortunately the button "Request hardware support" is not clickable.
