Horrible Customer Support
Unbelievable, I initially called because it wasn’t recognizing the router...I was able to figure some of that out but now the app randomly won’t recognize the router, it won’t let me update the firmware and I’m
Not even sure if it is working. I have been on hold for 2 hours and ten minutes! I called and was talking to the first guy for ten minutes before he had me call another number with a new case number. I called the second number and after about 15 minutes worth of irrelevant questions, like literally about my information and nothing about the problem, the guy puts me on hold. 1 hour and 45 mins in a guy comes on and verifies my information and says he is going to put me on a brief brief hold. 26 minutes later I am still holding. I genuinely cannot believe how horrible this customer service is.
Is this typical? Considering just boxing back up and returning. Is the product really worth it?

You don't need apps/phones to update the firmware. Go to the router's Web UI at http://192.168.1.1 and update the firmware
