How do I reconnect this WN3000RP Extender secured?
I previously connected this extender in 2012 and used it for a few months. I have now only able to connect it unsecured to my R7000. I do not know what Authentication option to select, I've tried all with no success. It is only needed to connect a Globe Electric Smart Bulb. Also, the Smart Bulb only works with 2.4g. Wondering if it's too old but don't want to buy a new extender just for a bulb. Would the new extenders work with this Smart Bulb? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the WiFi Extender products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with WiFi Extender products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
