How to fix double NAT type when you don’t have to routers

Question

When I look at the help options it says to disconnect the non netgear router so its just the modem and the netgear router, however it’s only the modem and the netgear router.. I’m not sure what to do.

Many modems are also modem/routers. That's why it is important to answer the questions from plemans.
