I can't access the configuration page

Hello,

 

I'm having issues trying to enter the control panel of this router. Internet works, but I cannot enter the panel to set up a password, my WiFi is not protected right now. The NetGear Router (WNDAP360) has default settings (hard reset with the button before installing) and it's connected to my Modem TIM.


All my WiFi devices can connect to the Router, so it works but in any on them I cannot access the control panel.

As default, the IP address for entering the panel should be 192.168.0.100 but when I try to connect to it I can't get any connection. It loads for like one minute and then says it cannot reach the website.

 

I also tried download the app Nighthawk, it does not detect the Router even if I'm connected to it. If I try using the IP 192.168.1.1 i get into the Modem TIM webpage and I cannot do any change to the Netgear router from there.

 

How can I solve this?

    Does the Nighthawk app support the WNDAP360? I see no mention in the manual for this device.

    Which router? The WNDAP360 ios a wireless access ppint. It needs to be connected to a router.

     

    You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

    In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

    You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
