I have a nighthawk 7800. I am trying to open readycloud webpage won't load.

The ready cloud web page just keeps trying to load but it won't.

You have set up ReadyCloud on the R7800 and registered it to show up at:

 

http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/en/welcome.html

Which "web page"?

 

You are using the ReadyCLOUD client? Which version? V1.20 is the latest.

 

You have set up USB Storage (Basic Settings)?

1. Yes I have readycloud all set up and have been using it successfully before to access my Network Drive (USB Thumb Drive connected on my Router) through readyshare. Sending big files to friends by sending an email link to them with a password.

 

2. All of a sudden about 2 weeks ago, I can't sign in to the my readycloud from my mac computer.

 

3. I am using the ReadyCloud. Version of ReadCloud? Not sure what you mean by version of ReadyCloud. If you mean the firmware on my Router it is "Router Firmware Version
V1.0.2.78"

4. I have also set up USB Storage (Basic & Advance) but I don't have a problem with that I believe.

5. Also, since I can't access my Network Drive using my mac through ReadyCloud/readyshare. My work around right now is using the ReadyCloud App on my Iphone. Although this is working, I would prefer to be able to access it from my Mac.

I don't seem to see any response to that bit of my message. In particular, does that link above get you anywhere? Or is that the page that will not load?

What drives are you using now? Still thumb drives? ReadySHARE does not like massive (>4TB) drives.

ReadyCLOUD has its own client for desktop systems:

That is what I meant. The Windows version is 1.20.

 

V1.0.2.78 is not the latest firmware for the R7800:

 

R7800 Firmware Version 1.0.2.80 | Answer | NETGEAR Support

That is what the desktop client is for.
