Using Netgear X6 R8000
Netgear EX7700 extender
my iphone 7 never had a problem, always used Smart Connect
Now I always have Issues especially with sending pictures, take forever to send. Calls are always losing clients the ability to hear me, I can hear them though.
All my computers are wired.

Re: IPHONE 13 pro Max dropped call issue
are you using icloud relay or private mac/ip address?
those can cause issues?
if you unplug the extender, do you still have issues (trying to determine if extender issue or router issue)
What firmware is on the router?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity

Re: IPHONE 13 pro Max dropped call issue
What Firmware version is currently loaded on the router and extender?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and extender? 30 feet is beginning distance.
What is the SQ feet size of the home?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
