Issues with Support
Having HUGE issues with not being able to contact support at Netgear! All attempts to lodge a ticket online brings me back to the same page, sorry, cannot help you. I've tried registering my device, it says it doesn't exist. No phone number, no email, nothing. How am I supposed to get support if nothing on this website works properly?

It might be quicker to see if you can get your problem fixed here. Before you can do that you will have to explain what the problem is. That would also make is easier to direct you to the right people.
Details matter, so things like "it says it doesn't exist" ans "it won't work" are less useful than the exact text of any messages you get.
The MR2100|Mobiler Router Nighthawk M2 in your footer is not one of the standard Nighthawk WiFi Routers covered here.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems
Those things are very different from the standard Netgear routers covered in this section.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
