Hello
Totally new to this, might be a dumb question.
I own 3 ios devices, an imac, and several windows machines.
I have a USB3 HDD connected to my R7000 Nighthawk.
I have registered and enabled the readycloud in the router setup page, and downloaded readycloud app on all ios devices. I enabled media backup on all 3 devices, and it worked perfectly. They each have their own media backup folder for easy identification.
Now, I want to close the loop by connecting my iMac into the mix. I downloaded the software, it installed, but it shows as offline.
Furthermore, will I be able to have the itunes on my imac pickup pictures from these folders?
Thanks.

I think you'll need to re-post this in the home router forum. Though this is "ReadyCloud", it is specific to ReadyNAS ReadyCloud.
