Meural Membership purchased - no code sent, wasted hour on phone and unable to help
Have been excited to get my Meural product and purchased a membership at the same time. Meural arrived last week but no email sent with membership code and can't find a code anywhere in my account when I log in (seems like a pretty basic thing that should be available). Called customer service, spent 30 minutes before anyone picked up, spent 30 minutes being transferred to 3 people just to be told they will have to look into......checked my open cases and the notes are just two people saying 'you should check on your end' to each other.
Pretty disapointed so far.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Meural products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Meural and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
