Clearly not your public IP address. (That's why "usual problem" "1"
is number 1.)> [...] i dont have that much knowledge on it.
I know almost nothing about it, but a quick Web search for that
number suggests that it's "smart", which may not be ideal for this
situation.https://dzsi.com/product/znid-gpon-2424a1/
You might try searching around a little to see if this thing has a
"bridge" (stupid) mode, which would disable its router functions. Or if
it's possible to do all the other stuff on its router, and configure the
R6700v3 as a WAP. But the router-ness of that gizmo is the source of
the port-forwarding trouble when you're using the R6700v3-as-router with
it.Ask your ISP?

You wish.

What's the IP address of the WAN/Internet interface on the R6700v3?
ADVANCED > ADVANCED Home : Internet Port : Internet IP Address
If that's not your public address (which looks good), then there
pretty much _must_ be another router in there.
It is _possible_ to configure the R6700v3 with a LAN subnet of
"10.0.0.*", but its normal default would be "192.168.1.*". The usual
way to get "10.0.0.*" on the R6700v3 LAN is to connect the R6700v3 WAN
to some other "192.168.1.x" (such as on another router's ("192.168.1.x")
LAN).

Honestly im super dumb so i dont even know the difference between the router and the modem, all that i know is that my modem cannot do wifi, so thats why we connected my router, but maybe my modem is a router, i just dont know.

All I know is that, with my weak psychic powers, I can't see any of
your equipment, so I can't guess who made it, or what its model number
might be, or how it's configured. However we might get a clue if you'd
answer the questions. Look for "?". For example:
