Thank you for being not only unhelpful, but unexpectedly rude.

R6700[v1], R6700v2, or R6700v3? Look for "Model" on the product
label. Firmware version?

It's nice that you're happy, but your satisfaction has less value
than an accurate, detailed description of what you did.
> [...] It's still not working [...]
"not working" is not a useful problem description. It does not say
what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.
For the usual problems with port forwarding, see:

> [...] I have a modem (Arris CM3200) [...]
A simple modem. Should be harmless.

Re: Minecraft issues - Netgear Nighthawk AC1750
When I, or somebody not connected to my local network, tries to connect to my running server using my external IP address, I get the error “io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectionException: Connection timed out: no further information:”

Congratulations.

Does that mean that you got as far as item 4 in that cited list of
"usual problems"?
> 4. External influences: ISP blocking, other firewalls, ...
Or did you not bother to look at that list? I saw approximately no
evidence that you tried any of those tests, or answered any of the
questions there.
> Thank you for being not only unhelpful, but unexpectedly rude.
You're welcome. What I find "unhelpful" and "rude" is a failure to
provide information which is either obviously important or specifically
requested.
> [...] Connection timed out [...]
That would suggest a communication failure unrelated to the router's
port forwarding. Such as a firewall might cause.
