Model R8000 router not allowing Sensi to connect to WIFI
We have been trying to connect our Sensi thermostat and the wifi keeps hiding the wifi. Have spent hours trying. Hid various address and got so close but it hides the address from access.

I have no idea what you're describing here. "the wifi keeps hiding the wifi" "hid various address and got so close bit it hides the address"
What steps are you actually taking? where is it failing in the process?
Is this a new router? New thermostat?
What model thermostat?
What device are you setting it up with?
Are other devices having issues?

We have had Sensi for years. We got a new Netgear Nighthawk. The router is not allowing us uto reconnect Sensi. It brings is so close but the wifi disappears when we go to connect.
You need to be more detailed. we're not there to see whats going on, where exactly its failing, the errors you're getting, etc.
You say "the wifi disappears". Does it drop off other devices? what disappears? If the wifi is working for other devices, the router isn't stopping its broadcast.
did you contact sensi for help setting it up?
