My R7000 keeps needing a reboot.

Every couple of days or so, my router stops allowing access to the internet.  I have a PC hardwired in, and my cell phone, and both get dropped at the same time.  They are connected to the router, and I can access routerlogin.net, but no matter what I do the router won't connect to the internet unless I reboot it.  I'm on the latest firmware version (V1.0.11.116_10.2.100 as of time of writing), and the router is maybe two weeks old.  No other problems than this!

"latest"?  Says who?  Also, "latest" and "best" are spelled
    differently for a reason.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Downloads.  (For older versions, under Firmware and Software
Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions".)  Find the kit(s).
Download the kit(s) you want.  Read the "Release Notes" file for
instructions.  (In the User Manual, look for "firmware", and,
especially, for a topic like "Manually Upload Firmware to the Router".)
When that fails because of a deficient User Manual, try:
