My R7400 says my new printer is blocked but I can print

How come I can print without any problem to my new wireless printer when the R7400 access control says it is blocked. The printer and managment tool agree on the IP and MAC addresses. I have new devices blocked by default, but this doesn't seem to be in effect for this new printer.

What is that printer and how is it connected to your network? I get the wireless bit, but what about its connection to the router? USB?
