My Nighthawk X6 does not show up on any wifi lists. When I use a wired connection it works but even when typing in 192.168.1.1 into my browser, I cannot access the settings. I also tried going into my command prompt to find my ip adress and the ip listed there also did not work. It is linked to a Comcast business modem which is in bridge mode.

All of the lights including the 5GHz and the 2.4GHz are on.

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser.

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
