Your logs are indicating line issues.
Do you have the cable connections page the shows snr/downstream/upstream values?

Your power levels look fine but you have errors in the line and your logs indicate line issues.
I'd check your link for kinks, damage, old/bad/cheap/poor/corroded connections.
remove any splitters or signal attenuators from the line
