I purchase this modem/router off Ebay in September 2020. It was listed as open box. I have been using it since with Spectrum 1gb and has been fine. Today it started losing internet and seems to rebot itself. I wanted to login to routerlogin.net and check some settings. Whoever I purchased from not only changed the router login username and password but they also changed the security questions so I cannot even recover the password. I have no contact with this person. Is there anything I can do?
I have included the picture of these security questions. I obviously have no idea what this person younger sisters name is.
You can factory reset it and get everything back to default.
Simply push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
Then you'd need to re-install it.
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80 1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity We’re members of the public helping out on our own time.
