I have an Arris SB6141 which I confirmed has Internet. The modem is connected to my Netgear R7000 and has never caused trouble. Today the Wan port flashes red and I have no internet. I tried hard reset the router and power cycle the modem but that didn’t help. Anyone knows what to do?

Hi NCN,
Is the internet LED amber or red? If it's amber, try this.
