Netgear " WAS PREVIOUSLY ADDED TO DIFFERNET ACCOUNT"
Netgear sold me a product that was previously returned to them and they keep re-selling returned and used items as brand new items.
I keep getting the message that my device is registered to another account and i can't complete the registration. ios NETGEAR insight app keeps telling me to register and it's not possible. So i can't use the device with ios at all to make changes or register it. Also I think the last owner keeps remotely turning my internet on and off and still have access to it using the Netgear Insight app.
Netgear only asked me for receipt over e-mail and have ignored all e-mails since. Netgear customer service makes D-Link and TP-Link look like the Rolls Royce of customer care. Netgear is garbage.
