New NIGHTHAWK XR300 Not working while white lights are on and connected

- I did a complete factory reset and went through the installation assistant again and this worked
I can “connect” to the router. I get the indication on my computer that i am connected to the router. However when I try to access the internet in any way I cannot load anything. I did check out some other forums and haven’t found anything yet. Thank you for directing me to the other one.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
- It’s an Arris modem and the Model No is - TM1602A
While the XR router is ON, Power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute then back ON.
- Just did this, nothings seem to changed
