Night Hawk R7000P - 5GHz does not work
Posted this earlier and upgraded firmware to V1.3.1.44_10.1.23, still no luck.
5GHz radio is enabled but LED stays solid and there's the red X against it in the status page.
SSID broadcast is enabled but doesn't show up in the SSID list.
Laptop and phones both support 5GHz.
i sent mine back in the end. it died again ! got a replacement its fine so far fingers crossed

I tried enabling Guest WiFi on 5GHz and it didn't work, but thank you for responding.
Hope it gets fixed in a future release.
i should have said disable main 5ghz, then reboot then enable guest wifi, then enable main wifi then turn off 5ghz.
chromecast seemed to cause the dropout of 5ghz for me.....
